Introduction
The founders of Apple Inc. are Steven job and Stephen Wozniak in the year 1976 April, in
California. Apple Inc. manufactures iPhone, iPod, computers and desktops and other smartphone
accessories.Apple Inc. has been in the market since 1977. The company has open more than
three hundred outlets worldwide, Apple Inc. also sells its products worldwide through online
services. The company distributes music audio, iPod, iPad, iPhone, televisions, and computers to
the wholesalers and electronic shops who they then sell to consumers. Apple Inc. is a large
organization which has staff workers from lower to upper position and who have knowledge in
finance and accounting, marketing, production, and human resource management. The paper will
mainly focus on the strength and weaknesses of how to exploit those opportunities.
Marketing
For any company to succeed it has to apply a good marketing strategy for market entry
marketing is a business process which helps in creating awareness of the goods and services of a
given in company. Shelby, H.(1976). Apple Inc. had its own means of marketing their products.
The CEO, Steven Job came in and advertised the apple product through the Medias which
created awareness to the consumers. Apple Inc. has succeeded in the market because it produces
its own products in that they cannot go together with other items, for example, Dell, Acer, and
Microsoft. This has made Apple Company to generate more profit because its products are
unique when compared to other substitutes of their items. The products from Apple are unique
and those who own them are believed to have their class because they are quite expensive when
compared to other alternatives, for example, the iPhone is expensive than an ordinary
smartphone. Apple CEO also plays an important role in the marketing strategies of the apple
