Introduction Conflicts are inevitable at the workplace since components of human beings are involved. In particular, conflict is more rampant in the modern-day workplace, which is highly diversified. Globalization eliminated previous barriers thus allowing companies to outsource labor from other countries across the globe. Consequently, modern organizations have highly diversified workers in terms of cultural beliefs and language.
