Construction are everywhere in different countries and cities to build homes, skyscrapers and

malls however we never do consider the labor’s that build these high rise buildings or

monuments, our project is based on their work outfit “overalls” moreover the overalls they wear

in the United Arab Emirates these overalls lack many items to keep the workers comfortable and

safe so my group and I will be turning this outfit into a smart electric overall.

The construction overall or coverall are unlike other safety overall they lack the word “safety”.

for starters my group and I decided to take a sample of the coverall which we have noticed the

following: - not only did it tear with a slight pull with hands but also a fair amount of scratching

was accounted for. As we analyzed deeper into the outfit we have found the following, there is a

one size fits all policy due to this we decided to try it on ourselves which lead us to the

conclusion that even though it fits for the obese workers its strained making it harder for them to

work, the material used maybe cotton but after further inspection we could say that it is cheap

cotton which shrinks as they wash , as our group further evaluates the overall we could say that

the material does not satisfy well with humidity , as we sent out a survey over 85% of the labor’s

said that “daily fainting is a grantee during the months of June and July” due to their tight outfit,

humidity and direct sunlight they embrace while working . due to this causes and many other we

decided to take upon ourselves and innovate a more suitable overall for the construction workers.
