Introduction
Current State of the Agency
Get rid of bullies in school’s workforce structure is to make sure that employees and
volunteers have equal opportunities for everyone working or volunteering as well as continued
and thorough training. Get rid of bullies in schools is made up of less than 50 employees and
volunteers who want to improve student safety in schools and help hold schools accountable for
bullying throughout several different communities. Get rid of bullies in schools is currently
funded by donations and grants. Within our mission, we strive to help students, parents, and
schools in the prevention of bullying, which means that we as employees and volunteers are not
doing our part when we are working in an environment that is described as toxic. Unfortunately,
we have lost 10 employees/volunteers due to not getting along with each other, which is
unacceptable in every nature and goes against our mission of striving for excellence. With the
loss of employees, our current budgeting plans have also taken a hit. With employees and
volunteers not getting along it has boiled over to our donors noticing the tension and has thrown
them into deciding to bring their donations elsewhere.
Proposal Justification
The reason for this proposal is to make sure that we are all working towards a common
goal of supporting our mission. In order for this to take place we need to recruit a workforce of
board members, employees, volunteers, and partnerships, along with funding from donors and
grants. This has been shown to be a problem within our organization recently. We can expand
the roles of any member within the organization with training and education opportunities and
with also being able to move up within the organization. We can implement team and
