Three Conflicts
There are three conflicts that will be examined in this paper based on the FLIGBY
simulation.
Ellen/Rebecca
The first conflict is between Ellen and Rebecca over Ellen’s position as the facilitator in
the management meeting regarding Turul Winery’s vision and strategic goals. The current vision

the vision does not make sense to the type of business they want to run. Therefore, management
