Better All-Inclusive Insurance company is an American based insurance company that
deals in the provision of multiple insurance covers. Raging from; general liability insurance,
worker compensation insurance, employees practice business owner package insurance and
many other insurance covers. The company realized through market research that it had a higher
market base than anticipated and therefore resolved on developing a market plan to reach out to
these prospects. This Firm is an independent agency owned by Genaro Mendoza. The Firm has
multiple branches well distributed across the united states of America but is seeking to exploit a
new market space in Nigeria, Africa Paley (2017). With the belief of using its market space reach
potentials
Since its launch, Better All-Inclusive Insurance company has consistently posted
increasing revenues from its operations. These revenues, however, are high owing to the broad
market that the company is exposed to. There have been much success boosts on its daily
operations, overall management, and marketing strategies. These are considered to be reasons:
the company has succeeded in winning a significant market share. Owing to its reputable
financial capability and stability Paley (2017). This marketing plan will discuss in detail how
some of the reasons why the Firm needs to expand its territories. As it seeks to broaden its
market reach to the international level, this will help increase their profit margins.
The company Mission statement describes the company as a leader in a world that is
continually changing, and they, therefore, strive to exceed their customers' expectations to reach
new horizons. These will be achieved by the provision of quality services to their customers.
