Running head: Criminal Justice 2
Criminal Justice Trends Evaluation
Introduction
Criminal Equity is the framework of practices and establishments of administrations
regulated at upholding social control, preventing and mitigating wrongdoing, or sanctioning
those who violate laws with unlawful penalties and healing ventures. The President's
Requisition outlined the criminal equity framework as the means for public order to
"authorize the standards of behaviour necessary to ensure individuals and the group." The
leading contact an offender has with the criminal equity framework is usually with the police
(or law implementation) that examines an alleged wrong-doing and makes an arrest, but if the
suspect is dangerous to the entire nation, a national level law requirement agency is called in.
Framed in 1908 the Federal Bureau of Investigation began as a substance which might
investigate and implement particular federal laws as an investigative and "law
implementation agency" in the United States; this, nonetheless, has constituted just a small
partition of overall policing activity. Law enforcement has united a collection of activities in
enhanced connections, but the prime ones are troubled with appeal for preservation and the
procurement of services (McDonald & Finn, 2000).
Criminal Justice Trends
The connecting elements between criminal justice system and criminal justice connections
tend to change with the changing society. Hence it is essential to completely look at the
principles which have been followed in past, present and future. Along with this it is also
essential to discuss the prevailing trends followed in the market along with some future
related aspects and contemporary issues affecting the criminal justice system. Criminals are
in search of new technologies which they want to attain in order to combat with the security
procedures of the criminal justice system (Chaneles, 1984).
