There are some major challenges come with the global management of information systems. Some of
the challenges that are addressed are; Lack of clarity when working with team members. In international
management, the key challenge that leaders face is the inability to deal with people who speak different
languages. Communication becomes a major barrier that hinders passing information at work. However,
poor coordination and working together as members is also a major challenge because there is constant
poor phone connection, and Lack of teamwork for members. (86 words)

Another key challenge of management is slow decision making at work. When working in a global
company, there is a lot of pressure to manage a big company. Often, the company leader is most likely
to lack enough sleep and lack rest for weeks or many days. However, when it comes to making vital
decisions for the company, it becomes hard and challenging. Following the constant Lack of rest
comes with making good decisions for the company.(77 words)

Another common challenge is disjointed conflict resolution at work. When working as a global
information manager, it is inevitable to carry out most of the work duties online. Frequently colleagues
hold online meetings. They communicate via email, which makes it difficult to deal with all the
colleagues. What matters most in communicating, is the presence of boy language, and if it lacks, then
there it is not easy to manage people in the right way. (75 words)
4.
Another challenge in information management is conflicting corporate culture. A great company’s’
culture depends on the company’s ability and consistency to interact and conduct team building as wells
as bonding. In such a scenario, it is quite hard for colleagues to bond and develop a strong organizational
structure because people are using online communication, which makes it hard to bond and get to know
each other. In this case, the leader has the challenge of putting people together and allowing them to
bond for the sake of the company. (89 words)
