control the tendency of crime activities, and also to safeguard individuals, and sometimes a
group of people. The process is, however, centrally compared to other private parties, which
usually focus on surveillance with the aim of acquiring one's logins and other credentials for
fraud uses. Additionally, monitoring by private parties may be imposing a threat to individuals
and other groups. On the other hand, there is the argument to whether the government should
safeguard one's property rights or should it protect their pursuit of happiness. Also, there are
opinions on whether the government should focus on safeguarding the pursuit of happiness, or it
should focus on protecting my property rights.
