Health Care Research: Draft
As health care cost has taken on a large burden and is now plunging through the roof of
spending which has nearly reached over a total of 4.1 trillion U.S. dollars on healthcare as of the
year 2020 due to Covid-19 (Hartman, 2021). This has driven spending to its highest and is
projected to spend more than 6.2 trillion dollars the attempt to meet the high demand of the
growing and aging population which is also costing prices to rise significantly. Statics stats on
average the United States spends more money on health care than any country which average out
to 12,530 per person (Hartman,M 2021). An average share of the nation's gross domestic product
health spending accounted for 19.7 percent. Health administrators we must find ways to combat
the rising cost to Americans and managing the hospital, budget challenge. Many changes have
taken place during COVID-19 there has been a recent decline with nursing with nursing recruit
with the unexpected shortage. Growth is even more evident that the global pandemic crisis has
cost health care to struggle and to fill the demands of nurses of even the most qualified nurses.
Nurses are now trading the high-pressure jobs for different career change and early
retirement which is leading to staffing shortages in many hospitals (Chan,G 2021). Studies
shown that 20-30% of nursing have an intention to leave within the year have doubled a global
shortage of 6 million nurses pre-pandemic and some 4.75 million nurses are due to retire over the
next few years has devasted the health care field and has applied a lot of pressure to health
administrators. Major challenges have become more of a major concern and the expanding the
use of telehealth and virtual health has made a great change during COVID-19 (Burris,S 2003).
As the hospital and doctors where forces into transitioning into a remote system and now that
many health care leaders want more of a permanent extended telehealth it has made many things
come into question. Many factors would be beyond public health emergency and expansion of
telehealth would offer much more benefits for patient care and will also pose new health care
challenges such as cybercity and patient privacy issue. According to AHA data more that 76
precent of U.S. hospitals are already connecting with patients and consulting practitioners
through technology (Burris, S 2003). More than half of hospitals are now implementing remote
patient monitory systems and capabilities, adding an increase health care value and affordability
with the virtual aspect saving patient time and money and reducing transfers, emergency
department overloads and urgent care center overload visits and saving payers.

However, the fight against cyberattacks have always posed as the top challenge since the
pandemic raised and the increase of attackers are now getting smarter and more strategic than
ever before causing a major disruption. More than 132 reported breaches have taken place and
the decline of updated software has increase the compromise of leading fraud and scams. This
really give an ideal that health administrators need to continue to work very close to keep their
eye on the secure sensitive data and systems. Future protocols and policies must be implemented
for the safter of all patients in the near future (Stone L, 2003). Moving forward the efforts to
achieve universal health access has been a task for stakeholders globally which have developed
the most controversial challenges especially in rural areas that continue to decline for the lack of
care and accessibility. Stakeholders have seemly to come across as perceive barriers of access to
health care services to potentially extend the help in areas that hinder people from being able to
access health care for themselves (Stone L, 2003). The limited and the lack of health care
facilities, personnel, shortages of medicine, and distrust of health care providers have been the
results of many health care statues in people (Murphy, J 2021). Increasing high quality public
services and addressing infrastructure deficiencies and other shortages within healthcare can give
stalk holders on a better return and continue to put in place policies and laws that work and keep
change the overturn of poor health care to great health care.
Which leads to the importance e of research and how it is very essential to how things are
effectively communicated and documented with patients, doctors and the public. Health care
clinical trials have been the base of major studies and trials, test along with efficacy safety of
new medical interventions. Health research information that is collect can entail various of
analysis of data (Hinrichs, K 2016). If we pose a data base program with patient and stalk
holders that track the most needed and common problems, would it not change the health care
significantly. But how long would it take, these are most needed collected diagnostic, treatment,
billing purpose. All the compose on health care system analysis of patterns and occurrences,
determinant, natural history of disease and evaluation health interventions. Health research
system were already under poor condition when COVID-19 brought significant challenges and
heaving exiting challenges that are more visible and significant today. This decline to implement
a more of a structed system and process can change how even other countries that are dealing
with the same issues develop a better system. Health care research need to be main Stone L,
