The Coronavirus has held the entire globe hostage. The disease, which affects all
demographics with a high contagion, is wreaking havoc across the globe. COVID-19 effects range
from health to economic, social, and mental issues among the infected and the affected. Notably,
most nations record a deteriorating stock market and economy due to the stringent measures
adopted to combat the spread of the disease (Pakpour). The World Health Organization, Center for
Disease Control, and other global agencies are continuously working to identify a viable solution
for the condition.
The first quarter of 2020 marked the highest positive cases recorded across the globe, with
relatively low but measurable mortality. The disease’s effects range from person or community to
another. Fear is the most significant effect recorded among all communities in countries or
continents with or without the disease (Pakpour). Multinational and local agencies and health
departments are actively testing pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for the
disease. However, there are new strategies to conquer this disease and free all societies from fear
and stigma associated with the disease.
The most viable solution to stop Coronavirus across the globe is to eliminate the fear
instilled among societies. This can be achieved through a series of steps as outlined below. First,
since the genesis of the disease, information circulation has been improved. Media companies,
health departments, freelance parties, and individuals facilitate information dissemination. To
avoid disease contagion, one should avoid searching for information related to the disease. Here,

parties are likely to spread news based on their interests, thus paying little attention to adverse
effects extended to society (Petropoulos et al). According to a famous blogger and cartoon
columnists, fear is attributed to the spread of the news. This is because, out of curiosity, individuals
will seek information from online and other sources.
Resultantly, the vast figures and contagion forecasts do more harm than the informative
purpose intended (Petropoulos et al). Fear and panic are the most common reactions among
individuals seeking to understand the disease. Typically, we should avoid searching for this
information, hence curbing the anxiety and fear related to the disease. Consequently, society will
be free from the sinister clutches associated with Coronavirus.
The second solution for the Coronavirus pandemic is to contract the disease. Despite the
disease’s contagion and effects, there is a low mortality rate. Most of the mortality cases recorded
are associated with other underlying health issues and different demographics. For instance,
mortality is high among the elderly, those with pulmonary or other terminal illnesses, and infants
who haven’t fully developed their immunity (Horesh et al. 331).
Thus, individuals should expose themselves to the disease, hence contracting the virus. For
instance, walking in public with no protective gear, tending the sick without protection, and
contaminating with infected surfaces and objects. Resultantly, such an individual will contract the
disease. Assuming that the subject has a strong immunity with no underlying pulmonary or
terminal illness and does not fall in the vulnerable age bracket, recovery is inevitable.
Usually, once the virus is in the body, there will be an epic battle between the body’s
immune system and the illness. The tiny space shifts in the body have to develop useful antibodies
to defeat the virus quickly. Fortunately, the antibodies, together with other pharmacological
