Geographically dispersed teams collaborate effectively by:

Hosting weekly meetings to align goals, clear up confusion on the project they are

working on, and brainstorming solutions to challenges they are facing and creating a robust

knowledge management system since the team lacks the shared knowledge network often

available in the office to access the needed information. The use of the host system should be

easy to find answers, regularly updated, and viewed as a problem-solving resource. Fostering a

chat with colleagues and monitors what leaders and other teams are doing. This enables
