An organization should deploy market forces and social responsibility to develop a
diverse workforce. Accordingly, organizations that apply the concept of the diverse labour force
are impacted positively on local and international levels. Similarly, the organization that utilizes
the aspect of diverse workforce increase the capacity of customer it serves as a result of influence
employees diversity have to the clients. It is proven that divided individual’s hider organizations
in achieving the full potential of its success. Subsequently, in United States government
encourage communities to carry out duties as a team and appreciate all individual without
segregation in terms of religion, race, or sexual preference (Chandler, 2019). Therefore
organization is also required to practice the same among employees irrespective of their
diversity. Additionally deploying diverse workforce allow unlike cultures posed by the different
individual to acquire skill and knowledge from each other and works as a team. Thus people
working together can encourage them also to learn together as neighbor’s hence improving
harmony and diversity among society (Chandler, 2019). A child grows to an adult in a better way
by applying structure and rule. This also applies to an organization that needs to accomplish its
primary objective and become successful.
Many businesses prepare various formal reports, such as compliance reports, inspection
reports, audit reports, and situational reports. Official reports contain detailed evidence, data, and
research required to make a business decision. The primary purpose of formal reports in business
is to solve a particular problem the enterprise is undergoing (Jacob et al., 2019). Besides, the
official reports are also prepared to show the actual performance of the business.

This is an average business premise. Several systems on business premises are old and will
