7 Ps of a Marketing Model
Strategies for the 7 Ps
Product
Spokin’ Wheels’ product strategy is to increase customer ratting of the new and old bicycles,
clothing, and accessories by a star. For the repair services, the company plan is to increase
preference by 5% from the current position. An increased rating of products and rating for the
services adds to the overall vision of making the two alongside the company unique. The
strategy is customer-focused in that it seeks to maintain the current products and services but
raise the preference through additional innovations.
Price
A pricing strategy for the company, on the other hand, will be to increase product and
company awareness and presence in the old and new locations. Although the company is
doing well in the ol location, it needs to create a strong market share in the new area to
increase sales and overcome competitors and block entrance. The presence and awareness of
a product and company increase with an increase in information about the two in an area
(Chierici et al., 2018). Where the company sells more of the products so that many people are
using it, the information spreads wide with more purchases creating awareness and presence.
Pricing strategy, coupled with other tactics, can enable increased presence and awareness
because it is one of the factors affecting customer decisions to buy.
Promotion
Spokin’ Wheels’ strategy in the promotion will be to create awareness and provide
information about the products and services. The company needs to create awareness in the
new location to generate a substantial market share and sales. Promotion creates awareness
