Amazon is the globe’s leading internet store and a leader in electronic shopping. While it
began as an online retailer, its popularity led it to broaden into everything that can be offered
online (Cooke-Davies, 2018). Throughout turn, the business has expanded internationally and
works overseas through a mix of regional websites as well as globalized distribution and supply
chain networks. In addition to exploiting the efficiencies among its internal forces and external
competitors, Amazon has utilized technology as a means of strategic strength and has taken
advantage of economies of scale, which has produced several rivals who try to follow and
develop their market models (Hemmati, Mohammadi-Ivatloo & Soroudi, 2020). The company
confronts issues such as higher spending. The U.S. economy is still declining. There are very few
foreign buyers. These are only some of the biggest issues confronting the organization. First, we
will address the corporate and business strategy of the company. We would also speak about the
environment in which Amazon.com works. Third, we'll discuss the framework and form of the
organization, leadership. Then we perform a SWOT analysis on the enterprise and establish
suggestions and approaches to the organization's issues.
Organizational Strategy
Amazon's big multinational strategy can be described as oriented expansion. The
approach relies around leveraging technological tools for business economic development as
well as a costs management strategy to offer their buyers the highest product at a lower price as
compared to the overall channel for their digital buying needs getting rolled up by their
businesses among products in Amazon. In fact, its importance was shown by its continued
innovative role in its market divisions, as the largest retail brand in the world (Griffin, 2016).
