Globalization is referred to the process by which countries interact and integrate between
each other. Over the past few years, due to this integration and interaction of countries,
innovation has greatly emerged and new talents discovered. Due to this innovations, many living
standards of people have been transformed around the globe (Ramsfield & others, 2016). Some
innovations in transport system have made transport easy. This is by making people to travel
from one country to another in look of jobs and employment. Transport is a key fact in
globalization since products have to be transported for marketing from companies which are
producers to the people who are consumers. Technology is also improving on daily basis. This
improves communication between people and making interaction easy since technology spreads
very fast over long distances and at a short period. Introduction of internet has made it easy for
people to share ideas and skills.
On the other hand according to Guscina,(2006) however, different countries have
different cultures. Globalization makes it easy for countries to understand each other, which
makes countries to build up their relationships. In addition, trade is making it easy for countries
to bond with each other. In the world today, more than fifty percent of countries in the globe are
trading between each other more so on the textile and automobile industries. Nonetheless, due to
international trade, commercial commodities such as avocado’s are becoming common in trade
around the world.
Apart from these benefits, globalization has some negative effects across the world.
Globalization has negative effects to the environment (Drager, 2001). This is brought by the
emission of gasses from industries, heavy machineries and poor disposal of waste hence global
warming. Perhaps, this brings about health issues to people.at the same time, people are
interacting and coming to conduct to each other, this increases the spread of certain diseases
