Reflection on Achievement of Outcomes

The study has opened my eyes to the learning of various concepts of ideas and policymaking on patient

advocacy on a higher level. I feel empowered and more responsible and ownership to develop change for my

society and the more significant population. Actually, I think I have a duty to make a difference in the

international level. As I am preparing to become a professional in advanced nursing practice, this study has

furthered my awareness and leadership abilities. The goal of creating change, patient advocacy, and influencing

others is unified on the role of a leader and nurse practitioner. A good leader must have a vision and courage to

ensure that it is achieved. The article has clearly displayed that to advance in healthcare; we have to learn from

failures and successes, which will contribute to innovation. Through continuous learning, we can improve

policies that guide the healthcare system with the help of strong leadership. There is a need for commitment

worldwide to embrace healthcare coverage to enhance the quality of health care (Berwick et al.2018). To

achieve all the stakeholders are required to redesign of new thinking and the systems of health care. It is not all

about getting access to healthcare but access to quality care that benefits the patients' wellbeing.

According to Berwick, Snair, and Nishtar, inadequate research is the major challenge that hinders

healthcare globally. This has led to poor standards and insufficient knowledge among medical practitioners to

deal with health issues. They also argued clearly that there is a need for strong leadership, cooperation,

commitment, and policy updates to enhance the learning health care system. Through such initiatives, health

workers will be empowered to solve the healthcare problems and coordinate and integrate care in the patient's

journey.

To develop an informed decision on nursing practice and patient outcomes on a global basis, there is a

requirement to adapt to current evidence-based practice (Berwick et al.2018). Those practices are like doing

adequate and quality research on health issues, constant self-learning, and engaging in educational opportunities

and available conferences. It is also demanding that we take part in research and project studies on the current

issues to the responsibility to ensure that we are doing everything possible on the interest of our patients, both

on the local and global levels. As a future nurse, the study has prepared me that healthcare is very complex

systems that demand multidisciplinary, flexibility, and soft skill in preparation for the future. This means that in
