The main core values of Auckland Transport New Zealand are to take personal responsibility for
everything that they do; they also take part in challenging the norm as well as encouraging
creativity to be better (Davies,Valero, & Young, 2009). The organization dreams big, and it has a
sense of pride in all the activities that it does, including everyone in their journey. The company
continuously strives for excellence to make a positive difference for the communities that they
serve (Davies, Valero & Young, 2009). Additionally, the company trusts its people, the
stakeholders back each other, celebrates each other's success, and learns from their own
experience.
In Auckland Transport, core values are being explored by the government, community, and
business decision-makers to see how they can enhance a better working environment and provide
