Abstract
Artificial intelligence has become the new trending issue in the business world today.
This refers to the use of technology to reform both logical and intelligent functions that were
previously reserved for human attention. Artificial intelligence has been developing
tremendously to become one of the most resourceful pieces of technology in recent years,
making work easier, increasing efficiency and reducing running costs for organizations through
automation, efficient operations and security. Companies use this technology in various
departments to ensure that their activities run smoothly with little to no interruptions (Gupta,
2020). For instance, in transport, companies use automated systems that organize work and
present reports autonomously to the necessary people. This minimizes two major resources, and
that is time and manpower. When companies reduce manpower, they increase productivity and
reduce the cost hence maximizing revenue. Artificial intelligence is also used in communication
through automated systems that receive and organize company communications in one place for
the concerned staff to access them easily by merit. This process reduces the need for employees
to go through all the communication coming in to find and sort between spam and useful
