Quantum Leap Marketing is a small firm business that works with at least 30 employees.
The focus of Quantum Leap Marketing focuses on developing marketing to small, business own
firms that provide firm with consulting, advertising, and digital marketing services, Web Design,
Reputation Management. John Thomas, who held the firm in a good shape, good environment
with clients, and employee that help the firm run, founded the Quantum Leap Marketing took a
change when the founded of the firm John Thomas, was taken down and the firm took a chance
with the new change of leadership. The new Leadership almost destroy the firm. The leadership
made the employee felt off, the customer that were loyal are no longer want to lead into the firm
and does not feel that is it’s the best way to bring the business to a firm.
The change that the firm took is now affecting everyone, including the current employees
and loyal customers. When the firm took a change of leadership is change the culture of the firm,
meaning employees are no longer happy, joyful, and able to work in a calm place, they feel
press, depressed, and not comfortable to be part of the company. The employee knows that they
need to be in the most content behaviors due to being scared to lose their jobs, being fired.
The new leadership Stan Simons once took control is when the firm behavior with both
employees and customers started to change. The firm is now concerned about the low morale,
attrition, and lack of motivation of the employee are showing when they are working. The
present clients are expressing their distresses and some of the few who were loyal to the older
founder is now leaving the firm. The employee assertiveness cannot sink any lower. The stage in
which the current firm is, there is no way that they can afford to lose any clients. The new
leadership feels that they have lost control of the organization and have no idea how to bring it
back to the firm that it was before.
