Thesis: Ethical practice is a world wide concern in the health and medicine, and medical
practice cannot be separated from virtue theory. A recommendation that health workers in the
same hospital should report any health malpractices conducted by their compatriots is drawn
from the theory, though the theory looks into other concerns that might cause a dilemma in
such a practice, such as loss of jobs by practitioners who may have fallen out with co-
workers.
