materials, financing and human resource management. Firms carry out various
processes aimed at improving their service delivery and increasing their revenue
prospects, which is the ultimate reason for being in business.
A firm delivers products to its esteemed customers, with the aim taking their feedback
while serving them according to their expectations.
Business fails because they don’t administer the little processes accordingly, whereas
the ones that succeed are those that take every concept seriously such as customer
comments on their social media, and complaints.

In relation to the business manageent, the study investigated different forecasting
methods.
The aspects got extensively studied to determine the main areas that businesses
whether small firms or big manufacturing companies can deploy to improve their
services. It’s obvious that no business is perfect, but improving possible areas can
improve the services rendered to its customers and generate profits in the long-term.
Firms must talk and listen to their customers, even if they don’t complain; their
comments and recommendations must get implemented with lots of seriousness.
Firms can employ the enterprise resource planning and forecasting method, which is
software that helps them perform various processes including purchase, product
planning, and manufacturing, production planning till the ultimate delivery of the
product and services to the customers.
