Subject: Change in Technology to Automated Customer Service
The increase in customers has led to the increase in orders which has led employees to be
overwhelmed by the volume of orders. The challenge in handling the increased volume of orders
has also led to some errors in the attending to the customers. The problems experienced have
created the urgency to have a change in technology to a more automated customer service.
It is the duty of the shop manager to see the implementation of the automated customer service.
Each customer order will be prepared by the employees as it appears on the screen in the food
preparation area. All the managers will be required to guide in the process.
Customer satisfaction is the first priority for the business. Our vision is to ensure that there will
be no delays in attending to customers and that all orders are fulfilled as per the requirements.
The vision needs to be adopted in all the shop locations and it only be achieved through
cooperation of the employees and the mangers in the 8 shops.
Your duty will include communicating the change to all the employees. Communication with the
employees will make the change process easier and help prevent resistance. Customer levels of
satisfaction will be recorded for the purpose of measurement of the achievements of the vision. A
better experience for the customers will be a win for the organization.
