Background Information of the Company

Phoenix is a twenty-five-million-dollar data analysis company that combines operations

systems data with Web analytics operating globally. The company was founded on April 4,

2017, by a group of investors from different companies to ensure they plan for the future of

business organizations. The company has been operating for less than two years but is expanding

and increasing on the services it would be offering. The company was started by providing

information that allows their customers to leverage in the market. The company is new, but it is

aspiring to expand from a one-floor organization to three floors within half a year, which implies

an increase in staff members, infrastructure, and technology (hardware and software). The

organization wants to venture into software-as-a-Services (SaaS) and cloud computing

technologies, therefore they will be increasing the security of the data the company is collecting

for safe keeping.

Service of the Company

The company analyzes data for organizations and compares it with the operations

systems data of their client's organization using web analytics. Web analysis is the collections,

analysis, and reporting of data from the website. The information is then used to identify

measures basing on the goals of the organizations to determine their success and also suggest

strategies to improve the experience of the users. Phoenix creates calls-to-action and objectives

and identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) which are critical to developing practical and
