Introduction

There has been some concern about the quality of the information system being used in

our company. The information system is weak, with activities being conducted without the

approval of the IT department of our company. These unmonitored behaviors are unsafe for the

company information as these data sharing, and reporting can put critical assets and proprietary

data at risk. These challenges have motivated me to think of a system, that is, a Decision Support

System that is more safe and efficient. This is a data-driven decision support system, which with

a target group of managers, staff, and suppliers.

Proposed Information System

To address the issue of data accountability and security, I am proposing a decision

support system that will run effectively. This is a Decision Support system that offers better

information processing (Ahlan, Kartiwi, & Sukmana, 2015). The system comprises software that

interacts intended to help in reaching into decisions by accessing a large amount of information

derived from different related systems of information. The main functions are;
