Abstract
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) precludes oppression individuals with disabilities in,
transportation, employment, public accommodation, governmental activities and
communications. Additionally, ADC builds necessities for information transfers services (Jones,
Toland, Kiviniemi & Sanjo, 2012).
The Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) gives productions
and other specialized help on the fundamental prerequisites of the Americans with Disabilities

chief with Defendant when she was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2009. This case was
settled for $160,000 in financial damages and injunctive relief.
The Americans with Disabilities Act applies to an individuals who have a mental or physical
weakness that considerably constrains one or more life exercises According to the case, the
respondent, a full-administration home medicinal services supplier, declined to furnish Charging
Party with sensible accommodation, in spite of her being discharged to come back to work.
Charging Party documented an EEOC charge against Defendant for its disappointment to
accommodate her, and Defendant subjected her to antagonistic business movements, including
releasing her, because of her handicap and in countering for her documenting a charge (Laney,
2008).
