HOME SALES BRIGHTEN ECONOMIC OUTLOOK 2
Home Sales Near Eight-and-a-Half-Year High, Brighten Economic Outlook
In the United States during the month of July, home resales seem to have had in increase.
This has proven to show that steadily, there is a positive outlook towards the future economic
situation. However, this home resale increase did not seem to be on the plus side for those who
have begun to file for unemployment. Deputy Chief Economist, Millan Mulraine, explains that
both the “economic growth and labor market activity continue shifting higher” even with the
amount of Americans unemployed.
Another look at this is because of these unemployed citizens, they boost the economy by
allowing construction of these homes to continue so that they people can “find their next home
and provide inventory.” An average below 300,000 of claims was supplementary to a stronger
labor market because those who became unemployed allowed for healthier job gains. In all, these

written. Although, sales of homes that had already existed in the future made the buying of these
houses less of a want and kind of toyed around with how the home resales were looking. “Sales
of existing homes have been limping along” (Shedlock, 2015) Shedlock writes. I believe that
