Introduction
Transformational Leadership is a leadership that often focuses on transforming others to
support one another. It can lead to positive changes within the organization. The leader is
supposed to be the role model. The leader must have trust and respect for his/her co-workers.
The leader is supposed to encourage and motivate the others. This is what leads to the changes
within the organization. When leader takes on the role as “The Leader” and lead the others, this
is what transformational leadership is. Transformational leadership refers to leaders who seek to
create ideas and new perspectives to create a new path of growth and prosperity in front of the
organization. Transformational leader is inspiring and creative and leads people in a way that
they try more than their abilities in the organization and invent and innovate in their work area.

customers, and they will do whatever needs to ne done for the organization. The leader often
inspires and influence others. Transformational leadership’s effect on followers, studies have
shown that it can often lead to organizational success and better performance, whether in public,
