and then to actually implement the plan.
b. Police Power is the constitutional right of the government to regulate private
activity to promote the general health, welfare, and safety of a society.
c. Zoning is the division of land into designated land-use districts. These districts are
then divided in residential use, commercial use, industrial use and rural use.
