Monitoring my Behavior and Gathering Data
For a long time, I have been consuming much of junk food. Almost every day, I eat junk
food. Last month I summed the number of times that I consume junk food and obtained 27 times
in a month. As a result, my weight has increased and I am almost becoming obese. To stop
attaining obesity, I will need to change my behavior of consuming lots of junk food and exercise
thoroughly.
Analysis of the Data and Identification of Patterns
From the data above, it is clear that I consume lots of junk food which is dangerous to my
health. The pattern of my consumption of this type of food is almost daily. To avoid obesity, I
need to change my behavior.
Setting Goal
Goal: I plan to lower the amount of junk food that I consume by half and exercise for 30
minutes every day continuously for 2 months.
Devise a Plan
Techniques:
To support my behavior of change, I will embrace the following strategies
Consume much of vegetables and fruits instead of junk food
Cook much of my food so that I can be aware of what I am consuming
Attend Zumba classes for more knowledge on how to change my behavior effectively.
