According to Bayuk et al., (2012), an effective cybersecurity program is founded on commitment, processes, and security; elements that work together to support the efficiency of the program. Conferring to this, the Risk Management Program was chosen for this project, and it purposed to oversee cybersecurityrelated risks in the organization. Roles and Responsibilities A. Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Role: Reporting to the Board of Directors Responsibilities: Assume the ultimate accountability for the entity’s cybersecurity activities and personnel. B. Title: Chief Operations Officer (COO) Role: Establish cybersecurity risks assessment and management protocols Responsibilities: Executing the big decisions and ensuring normalcy in the company is observed and always restored in the context of breaches. C. Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Role: Strengthening the firm’s cybersecurity program.
