The above figure 1 shows the behaviour of the measured speed, show in red , with respect to the
reference speed, shown in blue (in rads/sec). In the figure above, the actual speed is trying to follow the
reference (blue). When this happens, the actual value is not able to go at right angle and thus has a
delay. Also the actual speed has a overshoot at the transient time and this scenario is repeated in all
they cycles
