Introduction
Leadership is a field that involves putting into consideration different behaviours and
functions. It tends to focus on traits such as positivity, responsibility and creativity. Further, in
leadership, it is important to check on leadership styles and roles such as being a facilitator,
influencer and people-oriented. Moreover, it is of a good impact if one becomes accountable to
every result provided.
Who I would work with
CEO was much welcoming out of the three. He was people-oriented since the
environment was friendly for me that created a positive and interactive session. It is through
positivity that can make a person develop good relation to work with an individual as exercised
by the CEO. Furthermore, the person was thoughtful thus a high level of imagination that is
expected from leaders was practised. The CEO further was facilitative, since he or she provided
me with more information that I required during the interview. At some point, the CEO was
influential since enthusiasm was exercised by the individual that encouraged me to work with the
organization. I was surprised since the previous interviews never motivated me as compared to
the interview with the CEO where I consulted and genuine responses were provided.
Responsibility should be within a leader, this will make people trust, follow and believe in him.
This is evident where the CEO was ready to guide me onto the process as we interacted during
the interview. This created a good relationship between us thus the CEO can coach me to bring
great impact in the current world affairs.
