Project management is an essential skill that engineers needs to be properly equipped
with. Planning is also important but ensuring that everything goes as planned is also essential. In
most cases, cost and time variations are the most common issues while dealing with project
management. Once the engineer notices an abnormality, they can trace its source and correct
everything. Some of the most important issues related to project management have been looked
at in this case study.
