In an organization, salary is agreed as the whole amount of both monetary, and non-
monetary methods of compensations and given to individuals as payback for the service
and labor they have provided.
There are two types of act one is direct and the other is indirect financial
compensation, each employee is required to collect. All dues must be rewarded to the
employees this would be indirect forms of compensation and would not be included in
the direct payments. It also represents an individuals contract within that it covers
retirement plans, temporary leave, and benefit plan. In most companies, direct finical
compensation is the most used form of payment. What this suggests is that the monies
are paid directly to the staff as a trade for their work. It encompasses everything from
wages, to set salaries, tips, commissions, as well as bonuses (Andler, 2013).
Compare the direct and indirect compensation requests for each candidate
In this case, the first individual Cassandra has an attainable direct compensation plead.
The first candidate is only asking for a competitive base salary as in the second candidate
is asking for the same competitive base pay. Both candidates Cassandra and Malclom
have a valid request in regards to their direct salary. They are asking for nothing more
than the typical competitive salary (Reitz, 2016). When it comes to indirect compensation
