The Leadership Styles and Organization Impacts of Mohamed Al Abar (CEO Emaar) And
Sultan Aljaber (CEO ADNOC)
Abstract
This essay aimed to give an insight into the leadership styles used by Mohamed Al
Abar the CEO of the Emaar Property Company as well as the leadership exercised by the
CEO of ADNOC organization. The method of administration adopted by both CEO's in their
organization has placed their organizations at higher levels of achievement. Both leaders have
dynamic leadership styles which include transactional leadership style, transactional
leadership’s styles. The attributes of these leaders have reinforced their leadership styles.
Mohamed Al Abar and Sultan Aljaber lead by example and involving subordinates in
decision making which has resulted in to their adoration by followers. Charismatic leadership
and visionary leadership is evident in their execution of their leading characteristic. Dynamic
leadership has contributed positively to their organizations performances.

Introduction
Leadership plays a very significant role in ensuring a tremendous organizational
performance impact. Leaders who can motivate their employee and give them an opportunity
to exercise their talents in the organizations end up promote excellent corporate
performances. Leaders such as Mohamed al Abar who is the CEO of the Emaar property and
the Sultan Aljaber are among the greatest leader in Asia who have demonstrated dynamic
leadership styles that have facilitated efficient and effective performance of their
organizations. Application of leadership styles such as transformational leadership style and
the transactional leadership has led to companies such as Emaar property to become one of
the most significant global property companies globally with investments across the world.
Leadership that involves the subordinates has led to cultural and ethical diversity among
Emaar property and the ADNOC Company. The chief executive officers leadership have a
significant influence on the worker's job satisfaction and organizational performance.

Leaders attempt to use the best leadership style that works best for their organization as well
as that which goes along with their characteristics. Mohammed Al abar applies dynamic
techniques to achieve the excellent performance of the Emaar property. The most outstanding
form of leadership style is the transformation style, charismatic and team leadership. Through
