The reorganization process  The most reliable reorganization process regarding the case of Pegasus involves the 6 steps below:  Change definition  Determination of change and the affected  Communication strategy development  Effective training  Implementation of a support structure  Measuring the change process Discussion  The first step will ensure that the definition of the rearrangement covers its alignment with goals of the respective change.  The subsequent steps will also be subject to the primary goal.  The second step addresses the specific effects caused on business units by the change.  The third step will ensure that the reorganization is effectively communicated to all the members.  This step will be very critical to the Pegasus because of its ineffective communication structures.
