Problems associated with the video of people working from home?

Among the problems that are associated with the suggestion of the video for people to

work from home is the issue of small businesses that cannot maintain their employees from a

remote working not only because the processes may require people to work from the office and

the business may also not have the capacity to provide each of the employees with the necessary

equipment that will allow them to work from their homes. It then becomes a problem that the

video does not put into consideration as most of the arguments are based on companies that can

accommodate working from home.

Impact on shifting to cities

Most cities are developed since they are centralized parts that allow people to get together

for economic purposes, including employment or other economic transactions. Working from

home will then reduce the number of people living within cities. It will then reduce the daily

challenges that people face regarding work, such as traffic, the constant need for available

transport since people will work from home. It will also reduce the chargers that apply for people

to stay within cities in aspects such as real estate where offices will then be unnecessary; hence

their values will drop.

How managers or leader will shift their supervising

Evidently, it is easier to have people working within a shared office to be able to manage

them effectively. It then means that it will be challenging to manage them while working from

home, and it will require new models of leadership and supervision to get the employees to

remain effective and under supervision while at home. Among the ways that the shift will take
