1. As a web analyst, I suggest web design requirements enhance the utilization of online

For improved performance of a website, the business needs to design it for successful

enhancement. The business web requires supporting micro-interaction, which gives it a human

touch, and the user feels like they are communicating with the website. The macro interaction is

small animations that are active upon the user's engagement, for example, the emoji. The business

should design the websites to optimize the CSS code, deliver content to avoid browser delays when

processing, and download data before displaying the content to the visitor. The business should

code the website to support devices other than the desktops with high quality and speed. The other

requirement is that the company should enable the cache features on the web site to increase the

websites' speed through reduced server time. Lastly, the website should have a reduced number of

HTTP request during its design.

2. Is it advisable to start a new online business during this pandemic situation? .(2 Marks)

During a pandemic crisis, an individual should start the business online to go ahead for many

reasons. Firstly, it is the best time for the entrepreneur to negotiate better terms and web hosting

services for lower prices during the pandemic. Besides, there are changes in the business model,

which support the online business resulting from the epidemic. For instance, the company can

target leveraging the stay home policies to grow its market at a reduced advertising cost. The

epidemic has changed the way the customers purchase goods. Coronavirus leans the customers to

online groceries, whereas there is a restriction of customers in the crowd market places. During

the pandemic, there is different economic stimulus set in place like lower interest rates, which will

enable the investor to access cheap borrowing for starting the online business. The other reason is

that the company will have time for innovation, as they will lean their activities to meet the

pandemic's needs.

3. Discuss the Total cost ownership for the emerging virtual organization. .(2 Marks)
