Introduction :
In this experiment we study the balance of forces and the
balance of torques required for a system to be in static equilibrium. For
this we use knowing mass, meter ruler and thin book, etc. Then we
measured the distances from the book to the masses that they were at
equilibrium and calculate clockwise and counter-clockwise torques then
shows balance of torque to be the system in static equilibrium by using
ƩƮ=0 when at equilibrium.
