Medicare Part D program was enacted in 2003 and launched later in 2006
Description
Medicare is a useful program that has been operational for many years. Up to
date, it covers and benefits the elderly, especially those aged 65 years and above.
It also extends to the people suffering from permanent disability forms. Medicare
part D is a program that promotes offering prescription drug benefits to the
selected population. The federal government financed the coverage of this
program. Moreover, it makes an extension to the patients under the program who
earned low incomes. Generally, they enrol in the Medicare advantage prescription
drug plan (CMA, n.d).

how it faired over the years. In this case, it applied interview-based research with
