Summary
General health
The general health of the participant was found to be good. However, based on other
wellness checkups and diagnostics, the participant has a healthy lifestyle. The participant sleeps
well and has no problems sleeping. Being an adult, he sleeps 7 hours, which lies within the
recommended amount for people in his age bracket. Sleep important in a person’s health because
it improves immunity and helps in improving mental health. Reasonable exploration clarifies that
rest is fundamental at whatever stage in life. Rest controls the psyche, reestablishes the body, and
braces every framework in the body.
Medications
The participant is not under any medications. However, he may be having prostate cancer
since he has never gone for screening. Screening is essential because it helps in the early
detection of the development of clinical diseases. Diseases such as cancer, if detected early, can
be managed successfully. Additionally, screening helps prevent complexions of the already
underlying diseases. The client’s approach to healthcare seems to be holistic since he engages in
self-administered therapy.
Lifestyle
The participant’s lifestyle is that of a typical healthy person. He works out six days a
week for an average of two and a half hours a day. Given that the participant spends 52 hours a
week on sedentary activities, physical exercise neutralizes it. This makes him physically fit with
