Project management entails applying different skills, methods, processes, experience, and
knowledge to achieve specific goals and objectives in a project. There are various tools and
methodologies used in project management. Tools relate to all aids that the project team or
individuals use to manage projects, organize work, and effectively manage tasks. An excellent
example of a tool is the Gantt chart. On the other hand, a project management methodology
