Merit Pay: It is also referred to as pay-for-performance. It involves raising the pay based on
set of criteria set by the employer. Here CapraTek will conduct a review meeting with the

Person-focused pay Plan: This plan involves rewarding the managers for acquiring job-
related, knowledge, skills, or competencies rather than for demonstrating successful job
