the country or for countries in the USA to supply them with phone accessories. Huawei had a
9.27% market share in the United States. Thus, the ban means a reduction in total sales. To
regain sustainability, the company should develop a marketing approach that will increase its
market share. An evaluation of the phone industry shows that Africa offers the best market that
the company can take advantage of and increase sales (Hajikhani, Porras & Melkas, 2017). The
African market share is dominated by Samsung, with a 52.1 percent market share. The
opportunity that the market represents can be shown by the recent study that shows that the
phone industry increased by 21.5%. The company can take advantage of this to improve its
effectiveness in brand expansion.
