Servant leaders engage their followers in using multiple aspects to develop into their
highest capabilities (Eva et al., 2019). Relational, ethical, and emotional aspects are ways that a
servant leader adopts to instill change within the organization. Servant leaders value the
importance of a person being genuine and true when interacting with others. To effectively lead
an organization, servant leaders strictly incorporate supervision and guidance as an essential
element of driving change and ensuring the stakeholders' development. Servant leadership
involves the prioritization of the stakeholder's interests and needs. Servant leaders must possess a
sense of willingness to serve; otherwise, they cannot be a servant leader. By prioritizing
stakeholders' interest, the leader shows the willingness to listen to stakeholders' challenges within
the organization and finds strategic ways of solving those challenges.
On the other hand, the transformational leadership model approach aims to instill change
in individuals and the organization as a whole. The objective of this approach is to develop
stakeholders into leaders to enhance the organization's growth. The approach aims at boosting
the morale and performance of organizational stakeholders. Leaders that use the transformational
approach link the individual's needs to the mission of the organization. According to Nguyen et
al. (2017), the approach employs individualized consideration; this involves considering the
stakeholders' needs first, which helps discover the individual's full capabilities. Transformational
leaders look at themselves as an example of working towards the benefit of the organization. The
approach's primary goal is to create a significant change to stakeholders and help them find
inspiration for being part of an organization. The transformational approach sets its focus on
developing the organization. It develops individuals to ensure that the organization's goals are
met. On the other hand, servant leadership sets its focus on developing individuals rather than the
organization. Servant leaders direct their leadership skills to serve individuals. In contrast,
