Project Objectives:
To provide guidelines and templates for running a shark tank-like type of event
To accept donations from potential investors targeted toward specific schools or organizations
for the sponsorship of such events.
To accept information and ideas for needed new products and services.
To provide the venue for other organizations to create their own customized site to solicit local
participants and sharks, accept applications, and to promote both winners and losers.
To provide an online version of the events by showing videos of contestants and live reactions
of the sharks while also getting live inputs and donations from viewers.
Main Project Success Criteria:
Mechanism that seen a particular percentage of the profit earned by the participants is
donated back to the global treps.
Increased input and donations from the viewer’s whose view various videos online.
Approach:
Hire an addition software expert to assist Bobby in developing a mobile application that
will be available for use to participants.
Hiring a web designer to complement Alfred and Ashok in making the website.
Finding a web host and make arrangement for the hosting of global treps website.
Make the mobile app available for testing and conduct the test by the end of the year.
Make any changes required to the software and website by the end of January
Let out the mobile application for use to general public by February 3
