Dysania 2
Introduction
A 2018 research by American Sleep Association indicated that at least 50 to 70 million American
adults experience sleep disorders at one given time. Of this, 37.9% reported falling asleep during
the day, 30% reported insomnia, while over 25 million reported feeling difficulty to wake up in
the morning. Dysania is the condition of feeling difficult to wake up in the morning and

argue the psychological and social causes of dysania and how it can be curbed among teenagers.
