Negotiation is the act of two people conversing to come to a conclusion about something.
A hostile environment is the type of environment that does not provide conducive environment
for individuals to work in. in such an environment employee often engage in behaviors that
discriminate against other employees or actions that create an uncomfortable environment for
other employees to work in. Negotiating in a hostile environment means trying to come up to an
agreement in an environment that does not support conducive environment for negotiating
