Question 1
Leading longevity factors include genetics, gender, access to healthcare institutions,
hygiene, diet, nutrition, exercise, crime rate, and lifestyle. The genetic factor tends to affect
individual life span due to the environmental factors and individual behavior. It is evident that
physical exercise boosts our life expectancy and promotes good health and long life. Research
indicates that people with proper hygiene are likely to live longer lives as good health is
guaranteed. Individuals with good health due to regular exercise are likely to stay for longer as
health issues matter. The best age also facilitates a long life with a diet meal that promotes good
health.
Question 2
Aging is the invisible change associated with challenges resulting in skin drying, hair
whitens, height and weight loss, and hearing impairment and disease. Some of these challenges
reduce the limiting exposure to the nutritious diet, stability, and physical exercise. Skin and hair
changes differ from different individuals depending on the body hormones (Lumen, 2020). As
individuals age, the skin becomes dryer, thinner, and less elastic as scars and imperfection
become more noticeable as few sales are growing. On the other hand, secondary aging causes
diseases that reduce independence, affect family members, impact the quality of life, and other
caregivers, thus bringing a financial burden to society. Some of the common diseases associated
with the secondary age include arthritis, hypertension, heart diseases, stroke, diabetes, among
other health disparity.
